Need to spec or otherwise validate interests. Should be a map of {keyword [display-string [src-string+]]} Low hanging spec fruit....

Migrate from the legacy/default interests.clj (which had actual definitions vs. just data) to interests.edn. Throw an error - or allow user to select a fallback - if the interests.edn is not well-formed.
