the federal reserve has much more than 1 bank and $10000, so the old code is very out of date/wrong

wow axelfeldmann! I like how you correctly counted 12 districts and 24 branch banks! im sure many people would have been tempted to write 25 branch banks, but you shrewdly noticed that the buffallo branch of the ny fed was closed in 2008!

impressive axelfeldmann! i dont know how/why we didn't consider the size of the federal reserve when pushing to this project.
