Improving information about uncopyrightable files on FAQ #66

Hello,

the FAQ entries for uncopyrightable files is well written[1] [2]. However, to make the adoption of the CC0-1.0 license easier for developers, here are some suggestions:

  1. At [1], an example showing SPDX-License-Identifier: CC0-1.0 would help to copy-paste from there.
  2. A reminder to copy the license text to LICENSES/ in both FAQ would be helpful.
  3. Since the CC site does not provide an easy-to-understand version of the license, so developers can copy the license text, pointing them to https://spdx.org/licenses/ would be better.
  4. Adding SPDX-FileCopyrightText: no example as comment headers for uncopyrightable files to satisfy the reuse tool.
