annotate: Add `--skip-unrecognized` #974

Currently, --skip-unrecognised exists. Note the S instead of the Z.

--skip-unrecognized should be added as an alias of --skip-unrecognised. It should be hidden in the --help text. argparse.SUPPRESS may help with this.
