Add ORT to comparison page #22

Would you mind adding the OSS Review Toolkit to the Comparison of license compliance projects?

This rather is an issue for the fsfe/reuse-website repo, but no worries.

As I am no regular ORT user, would you mind suggesting a paragraph that explains the interaction and differences between ORT and REUSE?

Ah, sorry, I wasn't aware of that separate repo. BTW, GitHub allows you to easily transfer issues to other repos. Would you mind giving this a try?
