Coming from this tweet to make sure the SQL and NoSQL Data Access section is not missing some libraries

Cool. Are you happy with the ordering? Basically the person who most recently revises the guide should feel pretty free to reorder the entries according to over a utility. This is subjective but if you think the entries are not in "most useful" order then please just reorder :))

I think the order is fine as it is right now as long as we have the visibility of the existing libraries thankfully most on my list were already in the website
