As requested in https://github.com/fsharp/fsfoundation/pull/908#issuecomment-997170725. Unfortunately I don't have the capacity to go through all the items in the list and consider where they should be based on general polish, stability, activity, etc.
Also moved ADO.NET down since it is not F# specific and, I would guess, the least interesting option for F# devs given the amount of other F#-specific options. But I can revert that if you like (or you can do it yourself, of course).
