Mark as completed: FS-1083, don't require space before SRTP type params #714

Click “Files changed” → “⋯” → “View file” for the rendered RFC.

The RFC was completed as part of the work done for PR #1151. We should probably also close design suggestion #668 as Completed.

~Should this be moved to the F# 7.0 / Preview folder with a redirect?~ done, I moved it and added a placeholder with a redirect, as done with others /cc @vzarytovskii.
