What steps will reproduce the problem?

 - Simply playing these games for a minute or two will quickly reveal their issues.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 - I expected to see the games emulated the same way they played on the actual Atari 2600 consoles I played as a small child.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 - Version 1.8.1 on Windows 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

 - Please see attached spreadsheet for a list of noted errors.
 - While I do not presently own the console to verify, I have played these games as a child; some of the problems are incredibly obvious or even game-breaking.
 - I checked a few ROMs for games I never played as a child. To be fair, I did not include them in this report as I could not claim incorrect emulation based on my lack of knowledge of said games.

I feel it is also worth note that several of the issues are seen across
multiple games, such as emulation of various low-frequency noises being played
back in high frequencies instead, garbage being displayed on the left screen,
graphics being shifted to the left and wrapping around to the right side of the
screen occasionally, and sprites skipping over or getting stuck on pixels on
the left side of the screen.
