What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to https://code.google.com/p/pdfsizeopt/wiki/InstallationInstructionWindows
2. Click http://pdfsizeopt.googlecode.com/files/pdfsizeopt_win32bin.zip
3. Go to http://pdfsizeopt.googlecode.com/git/pdfsizeopt.py

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see the download or start the download appropriately. Instead, I 
receive a 404 error. I believe the correct files should change the top link to 

http://pdfsizeopt.googlecode.com/files/pdfsizeopt_win32bin-v2.zip

and the bottom link to

http://pdfsizeopt.googlecode.com/git/pdfsizeopt

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows
