Summary

We should add a commandline parameter to display the version.

Description

As a user, I want to query the version of bayernfahrplan via a commandline switch so that I know which version of bayernfahrplan I am using.

Acceptance criteria

The returned version text should have the following format: "bayernfahrplan vx.x.x"
--version and -v should return this version text.
