Add (boolean) options (in addition to template, price_category, locale) for

push_time: time for pushing the menu notifications
push_sound: muted menu notifications
notify_change: change notifications
notify_change_sound: muted change notifications
update_menu: menu editing Maybe convert database to key-value store.
