Updated logo #273

This updates the logo to use the new F# Software Foundation logo for F# instead of the # sign. For details, see http://fsharp.org/foundation/logo.html

I'm leaving branding questions to @hmansell and @adamklein....

The Deedle logo was certainly associated with the F# world because it shared the old logo style. But it is not just and F# project (which is also why we didn't call it "FSharp.Something" in the end). Similarly, we might not want to include F# logo in Deedle design. But it does look nice :-).

Alternative would be to build a stronger "FsLab" brand and e.g. include the test-tube picture, which is used in:

FsLab
