The build failure looks like an infrastructure error - I'll look into why this is going on, but we can ignore it. The change makes perfect sense, oops!

Should I release a new NuGet version?

Sad not to have a more substantial NuGet release. There's no pressing need for us.

I was meaning to look into improving the C# story for some time now - so perhaps that'll trigger more changes!
