rename fitting procedures #283

Please list the changes introduced in this PR

Renamings as discussed in #94
- coefficient/coefficients -> fit
- fit -> predict
LinearRegression type that allows the most common fitting procedures without diving deep into modules
- e.g. Fitting.LinearRegression.OrdinaryLeastSquares.Linear.Univariable.coefficient xData yData becomes Fitting.LinearRegression.fit(xData,yData,Fitting.Method.SimpleLinear)
XML comments for all LinearRegression functions/types/fields
