Specifying of R path in .rprovider.conf + instructions #172

Merging with @tpetricek's pull request #170, I updated the instructions on how to set up RProvider on a Mac.

The main change is that Mono now offers an installer for the 64-bit version, and RProvider needs the location of R in the .rprovider.conf file.
