RProvider docs #192

@zyzhu @tpetricek What's the plan for the RProvider docs? The site https://fslab.org/RProvider/ is active but links are still going to http://bluemountaincapital.github.io/FSharpRProvider/

Looks like https://fslab.org/RProvider/ will now be canonical

@dsyme I've updated links in my previous pull. But I'm not the maintainer of RProvider and cannot update gh-pages branch. You may update the commit message in build.fsx locally and run build generatedocs to commit changes to gh-pages. I've done it for Deedle's page.

BTW, You may assign me as maintainer for RProvider as well if it helps to facilitate work.

I've updated gh-pages and the website looks ok now.
