Docs build problems on windows github action #253

Describe the bug Windows docs stopped being able to be built in the Github action after this commit: https://github.com/fslaborg/RProvider/commit/9cbf0520659016b476ab6d697e846abaec1a5346

I can look into this at some point. Just flagging for now. The success on Mac and Linux means that the nuget and docs are still getting deployed properly.
