[WIP] Fable #54

This PR will resolve https://github.com/fslaborg/FsLab/issues/14, redesigning/refactoring the fslab.github.io to use a Feliz.React frontend.

It is currently WIP and I will request a review as soon as it is ready for merging.

I see that you already have a Components folder. Can these be abstracted e.g. as a library once we maybe also want to move the blog to this frontend?

Yes! This is possible, but might not be useful for all of them. As soon as i finished porting this site. We can talk about further steps
