Attempt to solve issue #59 #70

I tried to solve issue #59, but this code is not executing at the moment. So please don't merge yet! Maybe you create a new branch for this issue? Let me know what you think about this proposed solution of adding alpha2. Happy to help!

Thanks for your work on this, Stefan! We're going to release an update soon to address other issues, and then we'll come back to this.

Thanks, Frederick. Sorry again for the confusing by referring to the wrong issue. I hope my code sets a good basis for implementing the option of two different alpha-levels. Delighted that we're making progress with the package. When you start working on this issue, let me know and I'm happy to support you.
