revise follow_link text to include period #2

It appears that a period is now included in the download link texts. You may want to update the follow_link command in line 86 accordingly.

If you try ICPSR 36138, for instance, you'll notice that the link text also contains the period "download your files here."

Thanks for flagging the problem for me. Unfortunately, the issue isn't so straightforward. I'll have to come back to it.
