Add chosen capability for contacts in transactions #74

Adding search capability through the chosen library for contacts would be especially useful to find a contact when adding an unlogged contact, e.g., donations or monetary donations.

For some reason select is not display:none after chosen is created. If var sold_to is made invalid it works, but the change function obviously won't work.
