Adding timeout option #24

I've attempted to add a timeout option to allow for images longer than 10s. I've tested this locally and the the "--timeout" option works fine but "-T" doesn't and I've not got to the bottom of that.

Hi Phil, I've updated my pull request to include the T: option as suggested, I hope this is correct.
