Is there any chance to make a videocrypt effect with a key to encrypt and decrypt a real time streaming with ffmpeg? I also try to find a way to junkcrypt the audio too, thanks

Possibly, but not with hacktv. It's purpose is to generate analogue waveforms for video signals.
