minor improvements to file organization in projects

Why not put xaml files next to corresponding fs files? I thought xamls must lay in root folder for some unknown reason.

when you move the xaml files you have to adjust the path being used by the fsxaml type provider. Eventually I'd like to move the Gui stuff to all live in the vspackage project once it's in F#, so this is just a temporary organizational change.
