add bindings for AvaloniaObject ~ TextBox, Flyout

Add binding of .net event.
Changed setter and compare function in IAvaloniaList<'T>'s binding to avoid unnecessary updates.
Code placement is tentative.

I just merged it. Assumed the author can merge after a PR is approved.
