Hope what I have done so far is OK.

Do you want to close issue 15?

Not sure what is best to do next. I could tidy up what happens when you generate reference documents in doc/output/reference (although not sure these are useful anyway, so we could change build.fsx to not build them). If so, should I create an issue first?

Or have you a better alternative?
