Attempting to shut up the build

There's nothing quite like trying to divine FAKE issues to make me feel like an idiot - makes MsBuild look a walk in the park!

It appears that there is a FAKE update waiting in the wings that may resolve the issue, but I can't say I've looked in any depth aka I am guessing...

Feel free to borrow/repurpose or abandon this PR as you see fit.

Unsure if it works in GH. I'm having to build the release on an old laptop as Fake is (still) broken on M1 macs. Will have to migrate to the Fake-via-proj pattern that people seem to use now I think (or maybe just do all the release actions via a very small shell script)
