Rename project to FSharp.Azure.Storage #10

This fixes #9 as discussed and renames the project to FSharp.Azure.Storage.

Once I merge this PR, I'll need to rename the GitHub project and push the new NuGet package.

Also need to make a new version of the old package with a message telling them to use the new package.
