[x] Uses (imo) 'correct' framework monikers
[x] Comments the generate load scripts commands This one actually broke Paket for me with a BadImageFormatException. Wierd stuff. Still looking into that.
[x] Fresh lock file.

This builds for me fine. Tests fail, as I, for instance, get German error messages that do not match the expected error messages 🤦

OK so looks like I just missed off netcore2.0 from paket dependencies - that explains it. Thank you!
