I was looking over this project and noticed that #6 hasn't been fully addressed.

This upgrades the projects for use with VS2013/2015 and splits out two new projects FSharp.Compatibility.OCaml.Numerics and FSharp.Compatibility.OCaml.LexYacc (just by moving files and creating new project files etc). The packages haven't been updated.

FWIW the repo should really be moved to Paket to enable easier build & deploy of the nuget packages. Also appveyor support should be added.
