Unable to upgrade from version 0.6.4 to 1.0.1 #118

NuGet error message:

Could not install package 'FSharp.Configuration 1.0.1'. You are trying to install this package into a project that targets '.NETFramework,Version=v4.5.2', but the package does not contain any assembly references or content files that are compatible with that framework. This library targets .net 4.6 from version 1.0.0
