This is just an initial suggestion. There is probably a smarter way to do this.

[ ] splitting fleece into several files in order for me to understand what's going on
[ ] Using internal format as target for ToJson
[ ] add test project of newtonsoft json
[ ] add test that the different implementation present the same API?

I would say, let's add NewtonSoft for now while keeping the existing model.

If we find a better way to split the library, we can do it in a separate PR.
