Lock System.Json #30

The latest System.Json is incompatible, so lock to the exact version this is using in the nuget package

@gusty thanks! Any idea when this version will hit nuget.org?

If you need it I can try to upload it ASAP (today or tomorrow). We’re still 0.x so it shouldn’t be a problem.

That would be useful, at the moment when we update nugets it tries to give us latest JSON and then runtime errors.

@harrisonmeister is my colleague 😂 he looked at the upgrade, I looked at making the current version not fail a nuget update.

Also, the his workaround solved out immediate issue, so thanks for the merge and release.
