To guard a bit against commits of unformatted code, add a check to the build target
Remove non-existing "./src/FsHttp.Testing/" folder from fantomas call

@dawedawe I was too quick, and half-PRed, half-manually-merged all the stuff. Anyway, you might have a look at the PR + subsequent merges, and the comment in the PR and comment it if you like.
