Update F# Formatting & fix issues with FSX evaluator

• F# Formatting now depends on FSharpVSPowerTools.Core, so I added this as a NuGet dependency
• I updated how F# Formatting is referenced (the best way to do this is now to use FSharp.Formatting.fsx script, which also loads all dependencies)
• The processing of sample.fsx did not work for me (the evaluation failed). This was because (on my machine), the evaluator could not find FSharp.Compiler.Interactive.Settings.dll. This is a F# Compiler Service bug and I added workaround for this.
• Since F# Compiler Service is now .NET 4.5, I updated FsReveal to 4.5 too.
• New colours!! (Using PowerTools, we now highlight class/module names differently than discriminated unions)

Unfortunately this doesn't work. If I update to FSReveal 0.3.2 then FsReveal (master) breaks.
