Paket extension does not install to Visual Studio 15 preview 2 #111

Visual Studio 15 Preview 2 is out and can be found here: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/visual-studio-next-downloads-vs.aspx

The paket extension does not show up in the built in extension tool, nor can you install the paket extension to VS 15 if you download it directly from the website.
