Description

I'm not able to restore packages by running paket restore. I enabled verbose logging and attaching the log below:

out.log

The error seems to be thrown from here

Any idea what could be the cause?

Repro steps

Please provide the steps required to reproduce the problem

  1. Step A run paket restore
