The original idea was to update NUnit and it seemed like a good opportunity to start using CPM.
Then I found out we need to wait with NUnit until FsCheck is updated.
So, this is just about using CPM. I bumped some versions here and there. Mostly in the area of the cli tool and unit test projects.
