This is a continuation of #117 I have squashed the commits. Please let me know your further comments

I was wondering in general.. Would it be a good design to advertise -c as a way to pass image provisioning script?

I am just facing a situation, where I need to do more than just package installation (configure additional repository)

the script that you pass with -c should be the junest script. So you can check that any changes you do in the junest script are still working on the current junest environment.

I am no longer certain this PR is a good approach..
