Error on running JuNest on multiple shells

JuNest breaks when I have two shells running junest. One is running my user and other one is fakeroot. If you try to install something, you will get:

error: could not determine filesystem mount points
error: failed to commit transaction (unexpected error)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
