Implement Concerto API #12

The StuRa wants the FSRs to use Concerto to show the same news on different screens. We should implement parts of their API so we can show others' news.

Displaying Concerto feeds/adding them to our own feed is prepared now – should be possible to really implement it within a day of the StuRa enabling Concerto.
