Description of issue

1. In good morning wishing text, 'Aravind' is static text. It's not showing respected user name.
2. While adding tasks, without entering name itself, the task being added.
3. While in modifying task tab, the task name is static its showing "task name#01"
4. While in modifying task tab, Under sub task heading, There's a typo.

Expected result

1. USER NAME = Tony, in the wishing text it should show "Good Morning Tony"
2. Without name it should not add task instead it can show error
3. According to the number of tasks, it should show which task it is ( like task no 2) or the website should allow the user to modify the task name
4. Expected : Subtask

Actual result

1. It showing Good Morning Aravind
2. Adding tasks without name
3. Showing static task name
4. sutask ( typo )
