timer error #6

Description of issue

  1. Cannot pause the timer
  2. After starting the timer one time. if the user click the start button in timer again it adding another timer. It's running another timer simultaneously.

Expected result

  1. The timer should pause
  2. After starting the timer once. the start button should be in disable

Actual result

  1. The timer not pausing
  2. too many timer running simultaneously.
