Add a copy of the div.tips style as div.fsdocs-tip. #122

This is a quick fix to the broken tooltips issue. For some reasons I was not able to identify, the HTML files are now generated with the tooltip class named 'fsdocs-tip' while the backlog of snippets actually use 'tip'.
