material design added. #74

I have added bootstrap material design. And change menu to support mobile and desktop view also with material design. I did took default colour.

One can change to his/her favourite colour as explained over github page. It is just a experiment to bring Material styling to site. Check home and insert page.

Please have a look first for look and feel. Then we can discuss and merge in future.

Sorry for the massive delay here! I think any UI improvements for fssnip would be great :-). I tried merging this and it seems that it needs a bit more work - the current version of the PR broke the layout a bit:

If you'll have some more time to revisit the PR and figure out why it was not working, that would be great! (Maybe something failed in our deploy script though...?)

@tpetricek oh nope. This PR is not complete only. Just go around site and check it out how it looks. if you like things. Finalize color. And give me some time to fix things here and there. I will complete things as soon as possible.

I may need to move that FSnippet image too.
