openfng - lost features called to be reborn #82

Hi, I'm Icy, creator of most Fng maps and I'm glad that you ported Fng to 0.6.1 and made it open to everyone, but as a true fan of Fng I really miss some features...

Anyway - I enjoy your new features in OpenFNG mod - like score for sacrificing Tees or those plasma banners for displaying scores. Great additions, really...

So, if you ever read this, I just want you to know, that if you add these thing for me, you'll make me one of happiest guys on the Earth. =) ~ Icy

Thunderbird is a must. Today play with 8x8 SKILLED players shown this. Most of the time the fight on the central shrine (fng5) was too exhausting due to large amount of players here and there. So mostly numbers counted. Thunderbird could relieve that a bit, I really missed that feature.

A random event like 0.5's Thunderbird is an absolute no-go imho, because randomness "violates a golden rule of teeworlds" (Fisted). But, like Fisted on tw.com wrote, there could be some function triggered if e.g. a complete team is frozen; this function could be Thunderbird.

i've added some ticking (sv_clicky_melt (0: off, 1: only melting enemies click (default), 2: every melting tee clicks)) and a default-off autohammer (sv_auto_hammer)

i'm going to implement (the technical mechanism for) thunderbird.
Still unsure when to trigger it, and how it would behave in general. This will presumably be mostly user-configurable
