"save all" not working when using "build-tools:commands" #36

Hi,

If I run a command from "build-tools:commands", auto-saving will not be triggered even the "save all" option is checked. The command I tested can trigger auto-saving if I'm using "build-tools:first-command" or "build-tools:first-command-ask". Could you please confirm it? Thanks.
