Removes a notification issue. #85

This relates to #issue-238513666 I found that @cyberea had a fix where only the .content was removed. However the notification still broke when hovering over it. This might be heavy handed - but it works for me.

Removing this CSS messed up the command editor, so I fixed it myself. Sorry for the effort :sweat_smile:
