Changed

Migrated all QGL* classes to their QOpenGL* variants (resolves #29).

Added/Fixed

override specification to re-implemented virtual methods.
explicit keywords to make classes non-converting.

Sorry for all the merge commits, I'd squash into a single commit before merging. Let me know and I can do that.

Works fine, but – like you suggested – rebasing or squashing would be nice, to keep the history readable. Feel free to merge this in when that's complete!
